Your building is backed by both manufacturer and workmanship warranties.
LP Product Warranty
5-Year 100% Labor & Replacement Coverage — If any LP product fails within the first 5 years, LP Building Solutions covers 100% of labor and replacement materials.
50-Year Limited Substrate Warranty (Prorated) — LP SmartSide products are backed by a 50-year prorated warranty on the substrate. This covers manufacturing defects in the engineered wood base.
Both warranties are provided directly by LP Building Solutions.
Workmanship Warranty
1-Year Workmanship Warranty by Banner Buildings. This covers:
- Framing
- Roofing installation
- Siding installation
- Trim
- Doors
- Windows
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, weather damage, site conditions, and customer-caused damage are not covered under the workmanship warranty.
